Fingerprinting services
FD-258 Fingerprint Card
- The FD-258 card is your standard type of fingerprinting document. You would select this service if you needed a copy of your fingerprints to submit to another agency such as your employer or if you would like to keep a copy of your own fingerprints for future usage.

FBI Transaction
- Also known as FBI Departmental Orders, there are a number of reasons why an individual may need to obtain one. Often times your employer may require a copy of the report, you also may be required to request a record from another country. We also offer apostilled reports, which is a certified copy of your background. You may opt for apostilled services under "extras" on the booking platform.

Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)
- Any fingerprint submissions that are being transmitted to Florida for any reason must be done so under the FDLE service option.

Cancellation & rebooking policy
Garden State Administrative Solutions understands that sometimes life gets in the way. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 6 hours of your appointment time in order to be eligible for a refund. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 6 hour requirement, your payment will be held with the exception of extenuating circumstances. In the event of such a circumstance, we will evaluate the situation on a case by case basis.
Please confirm that you are booking the correct appointment type. Refunds will not be issued for booking the wrong type of service.
